Refund policy

1. Order Cancellation:
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for a refund due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers.

2. Non-Refundable Situations:
• Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
• Failure to collect or accept the delivery within the scheduled timeframe.
• Natural variations in flower appearance due to seasonal changes.
