Shipping policy
1. Delivery Coverage:
• We only deliver in Singapore.
2. Delivery Schedule:
• Standard delivery is available from 9:30am - 6:30pm.
3. Delivery Charges:
• Standard delivery is SGD18.00
• Additional SGD5 charges apply for Sentosa Island, Tuas and Jurong Island which will be collected separately by seller upon confirmation.
4. Delivery Process:
• Bouquets are carefully packed to maintain freshness and delivered directly to the recipient’s address.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the bouquet. If no one is present, our delivery team will attempt contact for further instructions.
5. Undeliverable Orders:
• If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability, a redelivery fee may apply.
6. Weather and Special Circumstances:
• In cases of severe weather or unforeseen delays, we will notify customers and reschedule deliveries as needed.
